Windows 8 - Split Keyboard option Grayed Out

Hello,
I've already posted this question once but the first question I posted appears to now be dead.
Anyway, I'm using Windows 8 Pro, upgraded to from Windows 7. After upgrading a Wacom Integrated PenTablet driver, the keyboard now looks like this: http://sdrv.ms/18EC35v
As you can see, the keyboard is not only "inflated" but also has the split option grayed out. I know how to resize the keyboard, but to do that you need access to the split keyboard option. Please help.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I'll try what you said with a new user account. I couldn't find any information on how you transfer files from account to account though.
Thanks anyway.
Thanks,

You may try the following steps and check if these steps help.

Method 2: Change the screen resolution and check if that helps.

Follow the steps to change the resolution.

a.       Press Windows + x, Click or tap Command Prompt (Administrator).

b.      Go to command prompt, type desk.cpl.

Hi,
Your first method did not work for me, sadly.
The second method did not work because my highest screen resolution is 1280*800.
Thanks for your help.
Thanks,

Hi, Niyamath,

I did not create any system restore points and I also have some very crucial information on this hard drive and I do not wish to lose it. I'm sorry to say this will not work for me either...

Thanks,
GBootloader
