Stopped working CLR20R3 error with different applications and windows 8

Stopped working CLR20r3
When I try to start Spacechem, hotline miami or Eador a window pops up telling me the application stopped working. I get this error:

Stopped working

I believe it is a problem with .net framework 3.5. Since all of this applications use .net framework 3.5.

Here is what I already did:
# I searched google, but could not find a solution that fits.
# I tried to clean the windows 8 registry with a registry tool, because I thought it there might be some wrong registry links.
# I uninstalled and reinstalled spacechem an eador.
# I tried to uninstall and reinstall .net framework 3.5 and 4.5 which seemed to be not possible in windows 8. When I deactivated .net framework 3.5 in Programms and features -> Windows-Features after starting the applications a window pops up telling me I need .net framework 3.5 to run the application.

Anyone has a solution for this problem or a similar problem solved?
Please help! This problem is driving me mad and I do not know any further.

Thank you in advance.
