How adjust color and brightness on Windows 7 Media Player

Where are the control with which I used to adjust color, hue, brightness and so on?  Have they been eliminated or merely hidden?

Hello Craig Harlan,

Thank you for your post.  Try opening a video or movie, you should be in the 'Now Playing' mode.  If not, press 'Ctrl + 3'.  Once in the 'Now Playing' mode, you can right-click, highlight enhancements, and select 'Video Enhancements'.

Hi Craig Harlan,

Welcome to Microsoft Answers!

 

I would suggest you to follow these steps to Change the appearance of videos in Windows Media Player

1.      Click the Start button, click All Programs, and then click Windows Media Player.

2.      Click the Switch to Now Playing button in the lower-right corner of the Player.

3.      In Now Playing mode, right-click an open space in the Player (such as to the left of the Stop button) , point to Enhancements, and then click Video settings.

4.      Move the Hue, Saturation, Brightness, and Contrast sliders to the settings that you prefer.

5.      Click the Close button
