What are etilqs files?

I keep getting messages about etilqs files such as following:

C:\Users\ccc\AppData\Local\Temp\etilqs_oF0FH4tamunzfdY

The portion after the underscore changes each time. My AV keeps asking me if it is a good file or not as obviously it isn't sure. Just what kind of file is this and what would its use be? Is this a system file or a malware of some sort?
Answer
Answer
The SQLite website is helpful. It is open source code used in many other programs, mostly legitimate applications that we all use. Since it seems to be used by many multinational companies, these temp files will probably have to be something we have to live with. But there shouldn't be a problem with deleting them with the rest of our temporary files, and we probably have been all along without even realizing it.
