Windows Live Mail automatically opens at startup after Windows 10 Creator update installed, how do I stop it?

I've always used Windows Live Mail and want to continue to use it.  After installing the Windows 10 Fall Creator update this week, the program now launches every time I restart or boot up the computer.  It didn't use to do this.  I want to stop that (but still be able to open Windows Live Mail from the icon on my desktop).  I've tried Task Manager, and the program is not listed in the Startup folder.  What to do?
Answer
Answer
No, it will not. This effect you are seeing, is related to a functionality Microsoft to have desktop apps resume after a restart.
