Acrylic effect in Action Center is bugged after Cumulative Update KB4482887

The Action Center Acrylic effect only appears all of a sudden after Action Center is completely opened. During the opening animation, it has a normal transparency.
This happens after installing Cumulative Update KB4482887. Please see attachment for the animation.

Command prompt "/sfc scannow" didn't find any problems. Making a new profile account doesn't fix the issue.

Ok, now the bug is that the blur effect suddenly kicks in only after the opening animation of the Action Center. During the opening animation of the Action Center, there is no blur effect but a standard transparency. Do you experience the same bug? See this animation:

Do you have KB4482887 installed?

I have filed the bug through Feedback Hub. However, I can only access the Dutch version of the app which does not have as many reviewers as the English version. Nevertheless, I have filed it in English. Perhaps you could also post it in the English Feedback Hub?

I am running version 17763.379, but apparently version 17783.402 and 18362.1 have the same problem as lacrumb stated.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried installing an older version of video adapter driver but it didn't help. I think the problem lies in Windows. Please inform me if you find any solutions...
