Can’t move .MOV files from iPhone X to my PC

When I connect my iPhone X to my PC I can drag & drop the .JPEG files to my PC. When I try to drag/drop a .MOV file I get either 1 of the 2 following messages:

Error Copying File or folder

X This device is unreachable

                Or

Error Copying File or folder

X A device attached to the system is not functioning

I detached the iPhone X at least five times and one of the 2 error messages above always appears.

Help would be greatly appreciated,

Tony

I've had a similar problem.  I can get maybe one or two files transferred, then either of these two errors are displayed.  If I disconnect/reconnect the iPhone and/or reboot the computer I can usually get another file transferred.  I don't know if this is a Window problem or iPhone related, but this is definately a major problem. Files range in size from a few hundred MB to a few GB.

I have all the latest software/firmware updates on my iPhone X and Dell XPS 15.

Apparently no one is monitoring this from MS.  Self help usually means no help...
