How add firewall exceptions for Win 10 mail app? AKA: Where are Win 10 apps located? (Error 0x80072726)

My Windows 10 mail app cannot sync email from my Gmail or Yahoo email addresses unless I turn off my Bitdefender firewall. It's easy to add exceptions to the firewall in Bitdefender (just as it is in Windows Defender), but in order to do that I need to point out specific programs to green-light.

Where are Windows 10 apps located? What files do I need to grant exceptions to in order to get the Win 10 mail app successfully exempted? I think I found them in [user]/appdata/Local/packages, but I don't know which files to grant exceptions to.

Thanks!

DONT go around messing with svchost permissions, thats just asking for a lot of trouble later on. The solution is at http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?s=6f0df9ab4b0c8394f01f455577882b66&showtopic=58980

"Change firewall adapter settings from Home/Office to Trusted! Mail app will start syncing. "

Works perfectly for me. Alternatively, disable BD/whatever AV firewall you are using and enable the Windows Firewall, that keeps things running smoothly as well.
