WiFi and USB3.0 Peripheral Issue on Surface Pro4

Hi, I am using my brand new Surface Pro4 for about a week. I noticed that every time when I am using either USB3.0 portable HDD drive or USB3.0 portable DVD player, WiFi (2.4GHz) slows down, disappears and cannot connect to internet in the end. When I disconnect USB cable from Surface, WiFi comes back instantly.

I do not think it is not my peripheral devicesproblem because on my SONY VAIO and ASUS laptop those devices work just fine.

My Surface Pro4's drivers and FW are all up-to-date.

What would be the root cause? And how I can solve this issue without selling off my brand new Surface Pro4?

Thanks!
