Is there a way to change the mathematics font in Word 2013?

In Word 2010, I use several different mathematics fonts, depending on the font used for the text:

Cambria: Cambria Math

Times New Roman: XITS Math

Latin Modern: Latin Modern Math

Palatino: Asana Math

All of these fonts work fine in Word 2010, but only Cambria Math is available in Word 2013 (both are installed on the same OS). For me, this would be a blocking issue for upgrading. Is there some way to change a setting or registry value to make fonts other than Cambria Math available in Word 2013, as they are in Word 2010?

Answer

Thanks for the reply. I was able to identify and fix the problem with RegEdit.

For Office 2010, all of the mathematics fonts installed on my system have matching registry values:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Common\MathFonts]
"Cambria Math"=dword:00000001
"XITS Math"=dword:00000001
"Latin Modern Math"=dword:00000001
"Asana Math"=dword:00000001

On the same system, the equivalent key for Office 2013 had such a value only for Cambria Math. So, I copied the others values from the Office 14 key to the Office 15 key, and now it works (and the font quality is better than in Office 2010):

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\MathFonts]
"Cambria Math"=dword:00000001
"XITS Math"=dword:00000001
"Latin Modern Math"=dword:00000001
"Asana Math"=dword:00000001

Maybe Office 2013 is not correctly enumerating mathematics fonts, but Cambria Math is hard-coded or something.

I did install these external fonts separately. If they are needed for Microsoft testing purposes, they are available (in OpenType format) from:

XITS Math: https://github.com/khaledhosny/xits-math/downloads

Latin Modern Math: http://www.gust.org.pl/projects/e-foundry/lm-math/download

Asana Math: http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/Asana-Math/
