Is this no longer possible without applying a search to my mail box(es)?
It looks from my quick look at your article on the “unified mailbox” that a date parameter is also required for that workaround. Is there an option to use for all time?
Thanks!

Change Folder should put everything into one pst file. Remove the other pst files are changing the delivery location using Change folder them import (File, Open, Import) the contents of the pst files you removed.Sorry to be dense - do you mean I should delete the other .pst files once the folder location has been changed? If I do, I won’t be able to send from the other accounts, or see emails sent from, or emails deleted, from those accountsaccounts. Correct?
Bottom line, is it true I can’t simply view in one place all incoming, sent, deleted and draft emails from all my accounts in Outlook 2013 (which was the default when setting up Outlook 2007)??

All it is a search folder across all message stores, unfortunately Outlook's architecture is limited (they are building on a 18 yr old product and need to maintain backwards compatibility), the mac version was new from the ground up so they could easy add it from the start.
You can use instant search to create a unified inbox - instructions are at http://www.slipstick.com/how-to-outlook/how-to-create-a-unified-inbox/

In other words we all have to buy a mac computer to get what we need. That’s brillant.
Thanks for your straightforward answer.
Iam not trying to be rude, that’s just disappointing for me to hear this kind of thing from a microsoft support website.
Have a good day

You could buy a mac to get a unified inbox folder but you'll lose other outlook features (which you may not use, so no loss). Or... you can be like a lot of mac users and buy a mac, then buy a windows & office license and install it in virtualization software so you can get things done. :)
If you have POP3 accounts, you can deliver everything to one data file. Or use Instant Search - the macro I linked to makes it easy to use.
