Word 2010 - how do I print the outline view?

In earlier versions of Word, I could print the outline view. In Word 2010, I can't find a way to do it. Anyone know?
Thanks

Answer
It has always been the case that printing from Outline view requires printing directly, using the FilePrintDefault button that was on the Standard toolbar in Word 2003 and earlier (this button prints the entire document using the default Print dialog settings). Printing from the Print dialog or Print Preview did not work. Unfortunately, the newly renamed Quick Print button is not on the Quick Access Toolbar by default, but if you click on the arrow at the end of the QAT to open the Customize Quick Access Toolbar menu, you can click to add it. Use that button to print from Outline view.
