new windows 10 photo app

How do I change from ntsc 30 fps to pal at 25 fps, in the new windows 10 photo app?
My sincere apologies, as of now Photos app doesn't provide the this functionality.

I would recommend that you should put a feature request. To give a feedback to Microsoft directly, you can give in two ways -

A. Through Feedback Hub - Press Windows Key+F to open Feedback Hub and provide feedback.
