Ms Office 2007 ,error MSVCRT.DLL on excel when closing , saving sheet

when i close the excel sheet i have error sending message and recover excel sheet report and evenvwr record error that msvcrt.dll file MOdName , Modver: 7.0.2600 Appver: 12.0.6524.5003 , i tried reinstalled twice and no luck , and installed MS office sp2 and there is luck also , plz help.

thank you , first of all i remove the bluetooth driver and it work will now, it seems that its make conflict program or hardware failure.
