How can I change the Scroll bar in Excel 2010 to not Snap to cells?

Original Title: "Scrolling in Excel 2010"

Hi, this may be a simple/silly question but is it possible to change the Scroll bar in Excel 2010 to not Snap to cells? When I use the scroll bar it will always Snap to the top of whatever cell I want to top it at. The only way to get the scroll bar to stop where I want it to stop is to guess the exact spot, right click and select "Scroll here".

If someone could give me an answer on this I would really appreciate it.
Thanks!

Oh, I see,

So you have very tall cells and would like to scroll so that only the lower part of the cell shows. I'm afraid that this is not how Excel works. The anchor point is always the top left corner of a cell. If the cell is too high or too wide to fit the window, the content will be cut off at the bottom and the right, but you cannot align a sheet so only part of a cell shows at the top left of the window.

You could try to reduce the zoom of the sheet. Hold the Ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel to zoom in and out or use the zoom slider at the bottom right of the window.
