Important wake timers only

Anyone know what the power option (under Control Panel/All Control Panel Items/Power Options/Edit Plan Settings/Advanced settings/Sleep/Allow wake timers/Plugged in/)  "Important Wake Timers Only" means?  Formerly, there was Enabled and Disabled, now there is a third option of Important Wake Timers Only...will a scheduled task with "Wake computer to run this task" selected, qualify for this? Can't find any reference to this setting anywhere...

Thanks in advance

Important wake timers are a new class of wake timer that includes things like reboots after a windows update that requires one.  They supersede all other settings and can only be prevented if the computer is off or if the timer is disabled in task scheduler

I am not trying to fob you off somewhere else but you may want to cross post this on Technet (&/or MSDN) as well.  This community is consumer oriented,  Technet is Pro, and MSDN is for developers/scripting etc.  It cannot hurt to have more eyes on the issue.   If you do decide to cross post give us a link to it and I can point some resources at it
