I have had continual problems trying to download the Zune software. The message comes up with " The connection with the server was reset." I have tried NZ, US and Aussie site but get the same message. When I finally do get it downloaded and saved to PC
it comes up the the file is not a valid x32 app.
Was able to get it to run and work on the other home PC (XP 3) but not my laptop. (Vista) Tried another old XP3 machine but no luck.
