e zune reader app connection error

Unable to connect to feedbook server on e reader zune app for the zune hd all I get is an unexpected error message

It provides no error code just a message of an unexpected error occured, I've reset the device and reinstalled the app which didn't help.

The problem started at the beginning of last month since it does not give an error message when I first tried it couldn't find feedbook's website at the Browse catalog tab and ever since then the error occurred. I've tried to adding books including catalogs nothing works with this app. If any solutions is available it'l be appreciated, thanks

i am having the same issues exactly. So are hundreds of other zune hd owners according to the forums and net searches i've done. No one is getting anything but the "unexpected error" message when you try browsing the feedbooks catalog. Please help if you can. i know lots of us are getting impatient, especially when it comes to good apps. We finally get a descent one and it gets bugs. maybe if microsoft would make a few adjustments, the zune could be as versatile as the windows 7 phone. They both run the same platform. i am NO computer wizard, but it doesn't seem that far of a stretch. if you have a netflix app for the phone, why not the zune? anyway, sorry. i didn't mean to get off subject. Since the e-reader app doesn't work it'll just have just have to delete and find something that does work. Thinks for the help

OK, this is a major problem for me. I have been experiencing all the same issues as everyone else in this forum, similar to the issues in msn money, where support for catalogs and articles appears to have just been dropped. On top of that, you supportive folks at Zune support havn't done anything about it. After all plans for future Zune players and things associated with them were scrapped, I figured I'd make the best use of the apps and resources that were left. But instead, I receive lovely internet glitches and app glitches that don't disappear after resetting my device and re-syncing the applications. I happened to have a WPA2 Verizon Fios router and even after multiple firmware updates, it still won't connect. After getting positive answers to "will my network be supported?" when I first got my Zune HD (about 2 years ago), it seems that the most major issue on the device- connectivity- STILL hasn't been addressed and doesn't appear it ever will. With an increased number of annoying failures and a decreased number of features it just doesn't seem worth it anymore. I love Zune, and greatly encourage Microsoft to come out with a major update or device, but this is really stressing my opinion.
