how can i tack photos off my phone and save it on my Pc
Log into Studio on your PC
Go into the Photo's and Video section you can download your pictures to your PC by clicking on the image
then clicking "More"
then clicking "Download"
Yeah right. Sure. Except when I click on the photo there is no Download option. I click on more and I get the following choices
FAVORITE, WALLPAPER, DELETE, CONTACT, and BACK. So which one of these choices will lead me to download? Hmmm...
Your answer is bogus. Try again
when garyd talks about clicking the image i think he's talking about on the original kin phone, not the M version... if you look at the original post, it's from june... he's talking about a different device.
for the M versions:
1. connect phone to pc
if you have zune already installed, the program should pop up automatically. give it a few minutes to recognize the phone.
2. if you look on the lower left hand corner, there should be an icon in the shape of the kin phone. click on that so that you can access what's stored in the kin phone. (if the icon is a picture of a computer monitor, just move onto step 3)
3. click the pictures link near on the top of the page... and you'll be able to see all the pictures that you took on your phone.
4. click the picture you want to download and drag it to the icon of the computer monitor on the bottom left hand corner of the screen. this will download the pic to your computer.
NOTE: after you plug in the phone to the computer and access the zune software, look at the phone and make sure that it says that it's "Connected" if you play around with the phone while it's plugged into the computer, it will stop being connected to the computer (yeah they really don't make this easy for us) which means that you'll have to disconnect the phone and reconnect it to the pc.
it's really not as bad/complicated as it sounds... just be patient and hopefully you'll get the hang of it. good luck!
