Windows mobile device manager download for Windows 7 gives an error saying it is incompatible with Windows 7?
I have just upgraded Vista 64 bit to Windows 7 64 bit and I am trying to sync my Windows 6.1 device. I have downloaded the newest Windows Device Manager from the Microsoft website but when I try to install it I get an error message saying the version
(the latest) is incompatible with the version of windows I am using. I don't get why this issue is not corrected yet.

Hello. Please make sure you are using Internet Explorer 32-bit and the download should proceed normally. IE 64-bit, Firefox, and Chrome will not work. If it still doesn't work, you can d/l the 64-bit version of Windows Mobile Device Center here:
