I have several T-Mobile Wing Smartphones (Windows Mobile 6) in sync with my Exchange 2003 Server. What's odd is that by default, all Junk Mail goes into my Inbox on my phone. However, if I leave my Outlook open on my work computer, it get's filtered out.
Is there a way to get Junk Mail into the Junk Mail folder on the smartphone without leaving my work computer on?
Thanks
Is there really no way of fixing this? Maby an update of Windows Mobile?
Btw, I have the same problem! ![]()
Outlook Mobile doesn't do any spam filtering, that needs to be done either in outlook or on the server. Having server side spam filtering is much better as it take s the load off of the clients.
I have the same problem, however, I am using a server side SPAM program; mailessentails 12. I have it configured to send certain spam to the users junk folder.
I imagine i'll have to get in touch with GFI to resolve.
