Unavailable Username 6191

WHERE HAVE ALL MY EMAILS GONE SINCE HOTMAIL CHANGED TO OUTLOOK ?

I have spent hours reading forums....talking to customer support ........ live chat and telephone calls !!!!!

I have tried everything advised to retrieve all my missing emails (3 years worth) and NO ANSWERS !!!!

I have escalated a complaint and still no answers !!!!

Please Please can somebody Help ??????

I did not delete them.....I did not move them .......I did not leave my account inactive ......I was upgraded to OUTLOOK by Microsoft and

now have no folders ??????

I am very frustrated and would like to know What Is Going On ?????

Hi,

We understand your concern about restoring missing emails on your account. As mentioned by my colleague Marites Ma. if you have manually configured your account in a mail client or mobile device and you did not check if your are leaving a copy of email to the server, lost emails are permanently deleted from the system.

As much as we want to restore lost emails we are unable to do so since those emails are already purged purged out from our system.

If you have any clarifications with your account please post again on this forum. Your cooperation and understanding is highly appreciated.
