Saving XP high priority updates that came through Windows Update, in case I need to do a fresh install of XP ?

Since XP Support is ending, is there an easy way to download and save all the high priority updates that came through Windows Update, in case I need to do a fresh install of XP ? I have the service packs and drivers already saved.

Set the Product Technology: field to XP prior to searching.
