[help] An internal system error occured. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine problem.

when i tried to install directX it prompts "An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine problem." I searched it in Google but it doesn't give the working solution. Please help me.
