windows update error 0x8007043B

I have tried in the run box:

services.msc

ok

Automatic Updates

properties

stratup type: Automatic

Status : Strated

Ok

but did not resolve the problem.....

then

again I have tried :

 

start

run

regedit

navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Svchost

open: netsvsc

I did not see the valu Data to add BITS and WUAUSERV

 exit

restart

no sucess again.

Any recommendations please to update my windows XP with SP3 installed.

simply I cannot update my windows: error code ox8007043B

This problem occurs when one of the following conditions is true:
·         Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) is not running.
·         BITS cannot successfully connect to the Web site.
 
To fix this issue, try these steps.
 
Method 1: Re-register dll files
a.       Click Start, type run, click Run, type Regsvr32 %windir%\system32\qmgr.dll, and then click OK.
b.      Click Start, type run, click Run, type Regsvr32 %windir%\system32\qmgrprxy.dll, and then click OK.
 
Method 2: Start windows update services
a.       Click Start, type services.msc and hit enter.
b.      Double-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service. In the General tab, click Start, apply the changes and then click ok.
c.       Double-click Windows Update. In the General tab, click Start, apply the changes and then click ok.
d.      Double-click Cryptographic services. In the General tab, click Start, apply the changes and then click ok.
e.      Visit windows updates site and check if the issue persists.
