How to troubleshoot the Application error "Fault bucket 00000009"?

Hello,

I am having a lot of applications that hang with a "Fault bucket 00000009". I would like to know why this error is being produced and how to troubleshoot it. I suppose it's a memory problem. I have had a few power-out recently, and the file checking has cut a lot of memory initial pieces damaged in Safari, Norton, the volume information and others. I am using XP-Home with FAD and the system is requesting to have at list one long file with free memory for the volume shadow copy. This situation is affecting essentially the games, which close unexpectedly, but I am afraid it's acting over other important programs like the anti-viruses I have installed. I am adding all the information about the computer and the errors, with the hope that someone help me to fix it. Thank you in advance.
