Windows Explorer won't load on startup

I have tried key registry fixes, hardware and software removal, safe mode startup, sfc /scannow to replace windows files, multiple system restores, virus scans with AVG and ESET (I later removed ESET as I learned running two could cause conflicts but this error still occurred) anti-spyware and mal-ware, comboFix, CCleaner, using different internet browsers, using task manager to start up Explorer.exe, copying a working Explorer.exe from another computer, re-installing windows.

This PC is very crucial for work completion but none of these options have done anything. The programs run fine, what is wrong with my system?

Answer
Have you tried making a startup entry for explorer.exe? Navigate to

My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Micrsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

in regedit and right click on the page when you are viewing the run folder and
click new string. Name the string explorer.exe and in the data paste in
C:\windows\explorer.exe Press OK and restart to check.
