The recycle bin on C:/ is corrupted.Do you want to empty the recycle bin for this drive?

Hello Folks.,
I am getting this following error message when trying to delete a file in C Drive

Error Message:
The recycle bin on C:/ is corrupted.Do you want to empty the recycle bin for this drive?

And when i delete files from other drive(D,E,F drives) ,I am not getting this error?
can anyone suggest me what the exact problem is?

Try repairing the Bin

Replace/Repair the Recycle Bin (Line 64) Right hand side
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it and answer yes to the import prompt.
