How do I stop Panda Anti-virus from deleting my System32 files?

Panda antivirus is deleting my system 32 files! i cant disable it cos i says it is not working properly and i cant end or uninstall it!!!!!
it has deleted some system 32 file and windows but it is still fine but now its deleting MORE and it will delete upon restart and if I do restart or turn my laptop off it will crash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont have a windows disk! help me stop it!!!!! please!
