Windows Movie Maker audio/video sync issues

I'm editing a video on Windows Movie Maker (5.1), and when I cut a piece of clip from the file and trimmed another part next to it, a few seconds delay started with the edit. It only starts at one point, and carries on for the remainder of the video. I need to get this fixed, and I'm terrible with computers. Can anyone help me in any way whatsoever?

It would be a massive help!
Answer
Answer

Something to try...

In Timeline view...try dragging a second instance
of the video to the Audio/Music Track.

Right click / Mute the Audio track.

The file on the Audio/Music track can be dragged
left or right so maybe you can synch the audio
with the video.
