1. Which internet browser are you using?
Method 1.
a. Update Flash player and Java Flash:
I would recommend you to update the Adobe flash-player from the website below:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
https://www.java.com/en/
You are required to perform a clean boot to find the program that is causing this and then disable or remove it.

Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow the steps as explained in the article to reset the computer to start as usual.

Let it buffer first, press pause and then watch it.
Some videos can be downloaded and then watch direct from your pc.
