computer freezes when watching videos and and buffers all the time

Computer freezes when watching videos on you tube or any sport videos on line.  Computer seems to be buffering all the time

Hi,

1. Which internet browser are you using?

Method 1.
a. Update Flash player and Java Flash:
I would recommend you to update the Adobe flash-player from the website below:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

b. Also download and install the Java Runtime library from link below:
https://www.java.com/en/
 
Method 2.
You are required to perform a clean boot to find the program that is causing this and then disable or remove it.

Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow the steps as explained in the article to reset the computer to start as usual.

It could be that the video is too high in quality and won't stream down your internet connection as fast you want to watch it in real time, You may be trying to watch a  video that is being watched by lots of other people at the same time etc.
Let it buffer first, press pause and then watch it.
Some videos can be downloaded and then watch direct from your pc.

What kind of Internet connection do you have -- broadband or dialup -- and how fast is it?
