NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM shutdown

Computer keeps shutting down after about 30 minutes with the following message: "This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progess and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM. Windows must be restarted now because the DCOM server Process Launcher service terminated unexpectedly." No spyware or viruses have been detected. Any one have any ideas? Computer is a Dell desktop using Windows XP Media Center Edition. All updates from Microsoft and McAfee are up to date.

When a process associated with the User Profile Service, such as lsass.exe, is killed or unexpectedly quits, a system error occurs, and the system will reboot after a minute because of the error. There must be a problem with an associated process of the User Profile Service or an undetectable virus that automatically kills one of those processes.
