I sent out 2 e-mails I guess to too many of my contacts and got a rejection notice. As you can see it isn't complete because where it's supposed to say who to contact for this matter isn't there:
004_Mail_rejected_by_Windows_Live_Hotmail_for_policy_reasons._A_block_has_been_placed_against_your_IP_address_because_we_have_received_complaints_concerning_mail_coming_from_that_IP_address._If_you_are_not_an_email/network_admin_please_contact_your_

This is the first time I receive a message like this. What is the limit of contacts you can e-mail to avoid having this problem?
