My TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-L632D is not working, getting error "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"

And it shows the following message: "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)". I have tried all the trouble-shooting tips to no effect. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and checked for installation updates. What should I try next?
