Graphics Card Update

Please help my son wants to play Free Realms, our graphic card is too old,  we have XP home edition with an Intel (R) 82865G Graphics Controller.  I went to the Intel website and got a message that...A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer.   Does anyone have any suggestions? 

We purchased this computer Back in 2001 from Dell, do not have money to buy a new graphics card, hoping to find an upgrade for free......

No, you need a new graphics card, this is only possible if your Dell is a Desktop, its not possible if its a Dell Laptop.
You have onboard graphics, any updated driver would be obtained from Dell, specific to your model, tag#
As your system is quite old you may find the sys does not have the specs to run modern games
