Error 80070005 in ConnectServer: Access is denied / Error 800401F0 in CoCreateInstance: CoInitialize has not been called

I am receiving the above errors consecutively which is not allowing me to connect to the internet. I am running Windows XP and in Device Manager under Network Adapters  their is an ! next to Deterministics Networks WAN Virtual miniport. I was able to access the internet until we installed Wacom PenParter software - I have since uninstalled it but it did not fix the error. Please help. Thank you.
