XP-sp3 manage calendar/clock daylight savings time SF & FB dates

The state where I reside has officially changed its SF [spring forward) DST date.  I got caught watching the computer's time when it didn't change on the proper date.  I need to know how to change the SP/FB dates on the XP Home sp3 clock/calender.  I have not found any answers at all in any of MS's FAQs, help queries, or forums.  How can I get this necessary adjustment made?

Microsoft has a Time Zone update as of December 2011.  If your DST date was changed before this date, it should be included in this update:

"December 2011 cumulative time zone update for Windows operating systems"

If your DST change is more recent than this, you can make the change on your computer by using Microsoft's "TZEdit" program.  You can get a link to this program and a description on how to use it at the following link:
