Outlook Ad-In fxsex32.dll

I would like to uninstall the Outlook ad-in fxsex32.dll (fax extension).  When I go to into C:\Windows\System32 the ad-in is not listed, but Outlook still wants to run it every time I open the program.  How do I get rid of it?

I've managed to work it out. You open Outlook and go to Tools>Trust Centre>Add-ins. Then at the drop down menu choose "Exchange Client Extensions" and then you find Fax Extension there and so you click to uncheck it. Then close. Next time you open Outlook and compose a message you don't get the error message!
