Error code 0xC004F063, computer BIOS missing reqd license

I'm trying to reactivate my Vista OS but after i entered my product key, i have this error code: 0xC004F063
Description: The software licensing service reported that the computer BIOS is missing a required license.

Pls help what should i do for a workaround or solution to get me moving.

1. Click Start, and in the Search box type:  slui.exe 4

2. Press ENTER on your Keyboard

3. Select your Country.

4. Take the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.
