My Home icon ,tools, and some others are gone

my Tools icon ,home icon and others are missing and I have a  Address bar at the bottom on my start bar I dont want it but I need the tools and the others

Hi,

In IE - VIEW - Toolbars - check Command Bar

or hold ALT and touch V - same thing

------------------------------------------

Right Click the TaskBar on bottom of screen (what you are probably calling the Start Bar) - Toolbars - uncheck
Address Bar.
