NVCPL.DLL Access denied on one of my user accounts

I have three user accounts on my computer.  One is my main, everyday use, account, one is the admin account and the other is a guest account.  I can use the admin and guest accounts normally, however when I try to get into my main account the screen goes black and I get "NVCPL.DLL Access Denied" as an error message.  I have used system restore from the admin profile with no luck.   Any suggestions?

Hi Chris,

I suggest performing a clean boot to see if some startup program may be causing a conflict:

Are you using Global Policies or Parental Controls on this machine?
