I've downloaded "MS Fit it" but the software will not install...any ideas why it won't. The error says "it encounter an error, try to install later"...Why??

Well, I am having the same problem.... cannot download the Fixit engine...

 

 and it would seem that no one is monitoring this as you have not had a reply or suggestion on how to proceed since you posted this a couple of months ago...  

 

I wonder what the "next best thing to do" is?
