Hi,

  • What happens when you try to use it?
  • Do you receive any error message?
  • Did you check the status of the Webcam in device manger?

Here are the steps:

  1. Click Start, and then type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
  2. Check the status of the Webcam.

The webcam driver is not working it has two signs in yellow ? ¡.

When I install it does not work, the system does not recognize it.

No error message.

OTHER DEVICES

                SM Bus Driver

                BUS Modem high definition Audio

                USB2.0 Web Camera

the signs bold are yellow in my device manager. This are the drivers that don´t work after I reinstall my software.

I ddn`t received any error message, only this.
