Vista turned to grayscale
I was watching a movie from my computer onto my tv with 2 monitors enabled. After I shut off the tv and deselected it in the Nvidia control panel my entire system turned to black and white. When I start up the computer the login screen is in color and
for a few seconds after I log in there is color. Other than that absolutely everything is in black and white. It isn't the theme or the color settings as far as I can tell from looking. Help!

Uninstalling the driver works, but as soon as it reinstalls, it reverts to grayscale. I tried it a couple of times and kept getting the same result. Updating the driver didn't work either (and I already had the latest driver).
In my case, it turned out that the Nvidia control panel had for some reason changed the Digital Vibrance setting to 0%, which makes it monochrome. I restored the default setting of 50%, and everything looks fine now.
