Hello starship enterprise ncc1701,

Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Answers Community.

Do you have a dell computer? Is it called the Dell dock?

You could stop it from starting or completely remove it if you like.

To disable it:

- Click Start Orb > type msconfig in the searchbox > msconfig in results above
- Click the Startup tab > uncheck Delldock
- Click OK

When you boot it will not startup and run anymore.
