Security Update for MS Office 2003 - error code 80070643 - Help needed

Some trouble installing Security Update for MS Office 2003 (KB972580)

I have tried troubleshooting using the help tool on Windows, which is;

To restart the Office Source Engine (OSE) service

    You must be logged on as an administrator to perform these steps.

  1. Click to open Administrative Tools.

  2. Double-click Services.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  3. If the Office Source Engine service is disabled, double-click it to open the service properties.

  4. Click the Startup type list, click Automatic (Delayed Start), and then click Apply.

  5. Under Service status, click Start.

If the problem persists after you have followed the steps above, see this Knowledge Base article on the Microsoft Help and Support website or go to the Windows Update Support Center website to request support by e‑mail.

As the problem is still persisting, I'm posting the question "can you help me please"

Step 2: Re-create the path of the original installation source in the registry
Especially for 80070643 if a registry cleaner is used
