Question

Having error installing the most recent Silverlight update (KB979202).

Applies To:
When trying to install the new update, i get an error " Code 64C: Windows Update encountered an unknown error."


Any ideas on how this problem can be solved?
    • Child exploitation or abuse

Answer
1. Hide the update, then...

2. Uninstall Silverlight & reboot, then do a clean install of the current version via http://silverlight.net/
