I'm getting frequent uninvited screens from Speedy PC Pro "scanning" my computer and finding hundreds of viruses

I'm getting frequent uninvited screens from Speedy PC Pro "scanning" my computer and finding hundreds of viruses, etc. I did not subscribe for this but did visit their website so that's how they found me.  How do I get off their list to end this? I have read all the negative info about them.  I can't find a link anyplace on these screens to "unsubscribe."  Help?
