Hi Monjur Bangladesh,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I’m sorry to know that you are facing issues to work properly on the computer due to Userinit.exe error. In order to provide you with a quick resolution, please reply to these questions.

1. Does the error occur when you try to perform any specific task?

2. Have you made any recent software or hardware changes on the system?

3. Are you using an Administrator account?

4. Which Windows operating system are you using?

This issue occurs if the Userinit key in the Windows registry has been modified. For example, this issue may occur if the Userinit key has a value but no binary data.
Steps I would suggest are:
Boot the computer in safe mode and try making these changes in registry:

Method 1: Boot the computer in safe mode and check for the issue.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

Method 2: Check the Userinit value and binary data in registry
Important: The instructions below contain steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.

For more information please refer the link mentioned below:
How to back up and restore the registry in Windows

a. Start Registry Editor. To do this, click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
b. Click Continue.
c. Locate and then click the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
d. In the right pane, right-click Userinit, and then click Modify.
e. In the Value data box, type hard disk:\Windows\System32\userinit.exe, and then click OK.
Note: The hard disk placeholder refers to the disk on which Windows 7 is installed.
f. Close Registry Editor.
g. Restart the computer.
