why am I getting "network command shell has stopped working" errors

Happens whenever I start up.
Hi,
  1. Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
  2. Were any changes made to the computer prior to the issue?
Try the methods provided if Windows 7 or Vista is installed on the computer and check.
Method 1:
1)Click Start
2)Type cmd in Search box
3)Type "netsh winsock reset" and press Enter
Check if issue persists.
Method 2:
Disable anti-virus and check if the issue occurs.
Disclaimer: If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
Method 3:
Perform a Clean boot and check if the issue occurs.
